Scope:
Partner with business, IT operations, and engineering teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions focused on ITSM and Integrations.
Provide hands-on developmet and technical leadership for enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
Drive automation, process optimization, platform governance, and operational improvements.
Support platform innovation while mentoring developers and collaborating with stakeholders.
Technical Environment:
ServiceNow Modules: ITSM, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, IntegrationHub
Development: JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies
