Job Description :

ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) certification (Good To have)

• 8+ years of experience in IT service management and enterprise architecture

• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and customizing ServiceNow solutions

• Experience with WSD and HSE modules desirable.

• Proven experience architecting complex, multi-instance ServiceNow environments

• Demonstrated experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations with

complex integration requirements. Strong understanding of web services, REST/SOAP
