+ Strong problem solving skills, analytical and communication knowledge
+ Requires minimum 6+ years of Defined Benefits experience
+ Strong Defined Benefits Domain knowledge in mandatory
+ Strong knowledge of RKS/BA7 platform is preferred
+ Strong knowledge in MS Office, SQL
+ Good understanding of all standard Procedure Documents
