Position Scope

NACG is seeking a Technical Business Analyst III to support our IT Team! This role serves as a key liaison between business units, Information Technology, and project stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business needs and JD Edwards system capabilities. The Technical Business Analyst works closely with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver solutions that support operational efficiency and strategic objectives. As a customer-focused team member, the role is responsible for managing and delivering on service requests, incident resolution, and project initiatives. The position requires strong collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and vendors, with a focus on delivering high-quality, reliable, and scalable ERP solutions. This is a temporary contract role.
