Technical Communicator -ECS

Ensure high ‑ quality technical communication by equipping the sales team with accurate, timely, and customer ‑ specific technical information that supports inquiry resolution, product interpretation, and precise parts/component selection. The role manages the full cycle of customer technical requests—identification, assessment, validation, and follow ‑ up—ensuring all responses align with ECS’s product capabilities and real ‑ time stock availability. This contributes directly to faster decisions, higher accuracy, and improved customer confidence.
