Position Summary
The Technical Consultant Intern is an entry-level role within the Professional Services team, designed for students or recent graduates who are interested in gaining hands‑on experience in software implementation, technical consulting, and process automation using modern technologies, including AI .
In this role, the intern will support Technical Consultants and Project Managers during customer implementations of Sovos software solutions. The intern will learn how customers integrate enterprise systems (such as ERP platforms) with Sovos products, assist with technical configuration and troubleshooting, and collaborate on initiatives to identify opportunities to automate tasks, improve processes, and increase team efficiency through AI and digital tools .
This position offers strong exposure to SaaS implementations, technical problem solving, and innovation in a Professional Services environment.
