Project /Technical Coordination and Execution
Coordinate survey and installation activities for infrastructure projects.Act as a bridge between field technicians, vendors, project managers, and customer contacts.Ensure execution as per approved runbooks, technical coordination plans, and scope documents.Monitor project milestones and proactively identify risks or delays.Escalate issues appropriately to next-level support or management when required.Technical Responsibilities
Possess working knowledge of infrastructure devices including:RoutersSwitchesWireless Access PointsNetwork Racks and Structured CablingBasic LAN and WAN conceptsUnderstand installation and validation processes for network equipment.Perform initial troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues.Validate deliverables such as installation photos, cabling confirmation, and device connectivity.Ensure field e...
