Job Description
Role Purpose
Own the coordination layer of the presales process: track every submission, action and dependency across all live opportunities, and ensure nothing slips. Acts as the operational backbone that lets architects and engineers focus on technical work.
Roles & Responsibilities
Submission Tracking
Maintain a master tracker of all live opportunities, submission deadlines and current status.
Issue submission reminders and escalate at-risk deadlines to the GTM / Lead Solution Engineer.
Action & Dependency Management
Log and chase actions from bid reviews and customer clarifications.
Track cross-team dependencies (Architecture, SME, OEM, vendor) and flag blockers early.
Coordination & Logistics
Schedule bid reviews, design workshops and handover meetings.
Coordinate OEM / vendor inputs and document collection.
