Technical Customer Success Manager — Hospitality SaaS

HBX Group in Palma, Spain is seeking a Support Technician to join the Customer Success team. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues and improving our support model while ensuring efficient communication with clients, including hotel receptionists and IT teams.
