Job Description
ibex, on behalf of its Global client is seeking a Technical Data Analyst to join European Data Analytics team. In this role, you will analyze complex datasets, develop reports and dashboards, and provide actionable insights that drive operational efficiencies and business growth. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of software solutions that support everyday business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate monthly insurance reports and weekly internal reports to support business operations.
- Analyze operational performance to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain KPI tracking tools to monitor performance across various teams, including supply chain, customer service, and finance.
- Ensure data integrity and governance by maintaining accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Automate recurring reports and manual processes using DBT, SQL, and Python.
