Job Description
Job Purpose
End-to-end responsibility of claims IT systems delivery to support business initiatives
Job Responsibilities
- Manage a wide range of projects related to Claims from new systems implementation to legal / regulatory and other BAU projects.
- Ensures that execution is aligned with enterprise standards by working closely with architects, technology risk, control and information security teams.
- Collaborate with business to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions to share with IT vendors.
- Manages relationships with vendors on a day to day basis
- Report projects status to the Head of Claims Systems and manage communication with the different projects stakeholders (Claims, Transformation, IT PMO, etc.).
