Technical Designer — Footwear & Accessories

We are looking for a detail-driven designer who can translate ideas into precise production-ready designs. This role sits between creativity and execution, turning concepts into clear technical outputs that factories can build from.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate creative direction into technical sketches and spec sheets.
• Develop accurate measurements, proportions, and construction details.
• Prepare factory-ready tech packs, including materials, stitching, components, and finishes.
• Collaborate on refining designs, shapes, proportions, and materials.
• Suggest improvements and alternative design solutions.
• Ensure designs are aligned with production feasibility and quality standards.
• Work across categories: footwear, leather goods, accessories.
