Job Description

  • Independently manage and resolve technical support cases logged in the ServiceDesk system, ensuring accurate documentation of actions, solutions, and system changes.

  • Escalate unresolved or highly complex issues to senior engineers or specialized teams, as appropriate.

  • Engage directly with customers, partners, and distributors to gather technical information, clarify system behaviour, and communicate updates throughout the resolution process.

  • System Deployment & Configuration

  • Perform independent installation and configuration of Windows-based servers, MS SQL Server instances, enterprise applications, and Active Directory integrations within their imaging environment.

  • Configure and support Microsoft Azure cloud-based deployments for healthcare IT systems, ensuring proper setup, scalability, and adherence to security standards.
