Job Description
Sales and Bid Development:
Leads pre‐arranged sales calls (remotely) with Material Consultants and other specialists as needed; participates in team‐based scope development products and solutions. Works to identify a design solution that fits with the customer’s budget, schedule and design requirements. Develops technical specifications and details to meet client’s design intent. Establishes fees and develops budgets and quotes for custom materials and fabrication. Prepares quotation document and leads in presentation to the client with the Technical Estimator. Is the main point of contact for Designers + Architects during the quoting and design development phase. Is the main point of contact for the Material Consultants, Specifiers and Contractors during the bidding stage.
