Position Overview
We are seeking a mid level Implementation and Operations Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the deployment and ongoing management of the TrustVisitor commercial off the shelf (COTS) visitor management product. This role focuses on coordinating technical activities across identity, access control, networking, and application support teams. The SME will closely work with the implementor team during the implementation phase and is expected to self study the product and gain knowledge by shadowing the implementor's SMEs. After implementation, SME will transition into primary operational ownership of the product.
Prior TrustVisitor experience is a plus but not required.
