Technical Foreman Site Supervisor

We are looking for a competent and experienced Technical Construction Foreman to coordinate operations and oversee workers at work sites. As a Construction Foreman, your main responsibility will be to manage and coordinate projects at the worksite to ensure the completion of projects in an appropriate and efficient manner.

• Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans
• Making and maintaining a team of Masons, Carpenters, Painters, Helpers, and other site workers
• Allocating general and daily responsibilities and resolving problems when they arise
• Monitoring expenditure and ensuring it remains within budget
• In‑depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, cost estimates, and evaluations
• Ability to read and execute drawings, plans, and blueprints
• Site supervision and fit‑out execution
