Job Description
Overview
Fulfillment of new merchant facilities within the ADVAM gateway including the setup, configuration, testing, piloting and deployment of terminal hardware and software. Warranty repair, replacement, tracking, inventory management & technical support of hardware & software. Onsite support, upgrades & investigations. System analysis & generation of reports. Problem solving and troubleshooting of both industry standard and bespoke software operating platforms and payment terminal systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling and configuration of P2PE Payment Terminals as required for project delivery and support.
- Remote Key Injection of P2PE Payment Terminals.
- Contributing to the management and maintenance of the P2PE Device Register.
- Work with Project Implementation, Product Specialist and Development Teams to ensure delivery of customer projects.
