Graduate Programme Overview

Our Graduate Programme takes place over two years and is designed to build capability across the heart of our business. This year, we have a strong focus on technical skills in Operations, Engineering, Automation, Supply Chain.

You’ll gain hands‑on experience through a number of rotations across areas such as manufacturing, engineering, operations and supply chain working on real projects that make a difference to how we produce and deliver our products every day.

You’ll learn through formal training, on‑the‑job experiences, networking with passionate leaders and be supported by one of our dedicated leaders.
