Job Overview

Technical Group Leader / Engineering Manager – Full‑time direct position located at Belcan Querétaro‑México office. Responsible for managing team performance, project execution, client interactions, and driving project and business growth.

Working hand‑in‑hand with customers to deliver projects on time and within budget, while identifying new opportunities and ensuring quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities Ensure team compliance with Belcan and Cognizant policies and customer contracts. Build and maintain discipline and morale for the group. Support Belcan principles as a standard operating environment of People First. Manage team billability metrics and targets. Lead project teams to meet deliverable quality requirements and project directives, including statutory/regulatory requirements.
