**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**



+ **Lead the fabrication and assembly of concept components and vehicles. Will include welding, manual machining, sheet metal fabricationn, and tube** **bending.**
+ **Provide guidance on** **designs.**
+ **Work with engineering to develop calibrations: Engine, Transmission/CVT, Suspension,** **etc.**
+ **Operate Polaris vehicles near vehicle capability limit in severe** **conditions**
