Technical Lead - AI Automation Systems (Remote, Regional Team)

BJAK is building AI-powered automation systems for insurance operations across Southeast Asia — from quote generation and policy issuance to claims processing, endorsements, document collection and insurer integrations.

We are looking for a Technical Lead who can turn complex operational workflows into reliable, scalable systems. This is a hands-on role with strong ownership and regional exposure, focused on building automation that reduces manual work at scale.
