Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to oversee technical solution reviews, code quality, deployment governance, and vendor management. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, offshore development teams, and engineering operations to ensure secure, scalable, and production‑ready solutions. Key Responsibilities Review and validate technical solutions, architectures, and implementation approaches. Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, security, maintainability, and deployment readiness. Coordinate with Product, QA, Dev Ops, stakeholders, and external vendors. Govern release management, deployment validation, and production rollouts. Ensure outsourced deliverables meet business and technical requirements.
