Technical Lead - Fullstack (Java)

Key Responsibilities
· Lead design and development of scalable Fullstack applications and microservices · Contribute hands on to backend and frontend development using Java and modern frameworks · Guide and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive engineering environment · Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality practices, and use of code quality tools · Work closely with stakeholders in an Agile environment to deliver customer focused solutions · Review architecture, identify risks, and implement best practices · Manage and coordinate delivery for small to mid-sized teams
Requirements
