Bloom with our client in Cape Town as a Finance Systems Lead at a global lifestyle and concierge leader! Drive their Microsoft-based finance systems (Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Platform) and lead a team to deliver innovation and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Lead a small team to maintain and enhance finance systems.
- Drive low-code/no-code automation with Power Platform.
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve issues and manage upgrades.
- Optimize processes and maintain SOPs.
- Manage user access and auditing controls.
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 , Power BI , and Power Platform.
Qualifications
- Finance process knowledge (preferred).
- Leadership or mentoring experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Cape Town-based , with 2 days/week in-office . ...
