Role Overview

In addition to the responsibilities of the ‘Senior ServiceNow Developer’, the Technical Lead will be responsible for providing overall technical leadership for client implementations on the ServiceNow platform. This includes driving solution architecture, guiding the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices, overseeing code quality and performance optimization, managing technical escalations, and ensuring successful end-to-end delivery aligned with client and business requirements.
