Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of a large-scale modernization initiative for legacy CPF Investment Scheme (CPFIS) and Supplementary Retirement Scheme (SRS) systems.
This role is critical in architecting a modern, microservices-based platform, overseeing the migration of complex business logic from COBOL/Mainframe environments, and leading development teams to ensure successful system transformation. The Technical Lead will act as both an architect and senior individual contributor, working closely with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, and COBOL subject matter experts to translate legacy logic into scalable, secure, and maintainable modern applications.
