Job Description
Role Overview
The Technical Lead is centred on problem‑solving, release integrity, and delivery assurance. You will lead a cross‑functional team of internal and external resources in a scaled agile environment, focusing on stabilisation, defect resolution, and integration troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead investigation and resolution of critical production and pre‑production defects blocking releases
- Perform deep‑dive root cause analysis using logs, traces, database snapshots, and monitoring tools
- Lead and mentor a dedicated team of developers focused on stabilisation and bug fixing
- Conduct code and design reviews to uphold standards in maintainability, exception handling, and auditability
- Serve as the primary technical contact for Product Owners, BAs, and system stakeholders during issue resolution
