About the role
Sigmawave AI builds
Terra
, a Visual Synthetic Data (VSD) generation platform built on Unreal Engine 5. Terra produces both
fully synthetic
and
hybrid synthetic
visual data for clients in the security, defense, and industrial domains. We are looking for a
Technical Lead
with a dual mandate:
lead the end-to-end development of Terra
and
run our Computer Vision and NVIDIA Cosmos initiatives
. You will set technical direction across all three, lead a multidisciplinary engineering and 3D team, and ship high-quality capability on schedule.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be expected to make and defend architectural decisions, write and review code where it matters, and translate Terra's product goals into a concrete technical roadmap. The ideal candidate has worked directly with
NVIDIA Cosmos
world foundation models and has trained computer vision and/or language models in production or research settings.
