Job Description
Technical Lead / Solution Architect – ServiceNow Jira Cloud Integration We are seeking a Technical Lead / Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of a bidirectional synchronization gateway between ServiceNow and Jira Cloud using Informatica.
Required Experience
7+ years in enterprise integration and solution architecture
Proven experience designing API‑based bidirectional integrations
Hands‑on experience with Jira Cloud REST APIs and webhooks
Strong ServiceNow integration and ITSM process knowledge
Experience with Informatica Cloud / IICS / CDI integrations
Experience supporting production‑grade integrations and operational lifecycle management
Required Knowledge
Jira Cloud workflows, transitions, custom fields, comments, attachments and API constraints
ServiceNow incident/request lifecycle and API integration patterns
Integration concepts such as retry handling, reconcil...
