Role Summary

Provides technical leadership and engineering direction across software delivery squads within the Software Engineering Centre of Excellence (CoE). Responsible for guiding solution design, engineering quality, architecture alignment, development standards, and technical delivery execution. Works closely with architects, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions are delivered in alignment with business and technology objectives. Be able to provide Hands-On Technical Support when necessary.
