Job Description
Technical Lead
Location: Farnborough or Whiteley, with flexibility to work from home dependent on business demands.
Responsibilities
- Delivery and technical assurance of the solution within quality, cost and schedule constraints;
- Achieving acceptance of the solution by the customer;
- Providing technical leadership and mentorship across the workstream team;
- Ensuring engineering processes comply with contracted standards and Leidos corporate governance;
- Identifying the skills and staff required to deliver the engineering solution;
- Defining engineering practices and resources required to deliver the project and services within the constraints of the company engineering policies;
