Technical Leader

JOB SUMMARY

The Technical Leader is responsible for the startup, stabilization, and overall performance of production lines, ensuring achievement of target output, quality, and OEE. This role drives technical excellence across troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, spare management, and improvement projects to ensure sustainable and reliable operations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Key Responsibilities

1. Line Startup & Technical Ownership

• Lead end-to-end startup, commissioning, and ramp-up of production lines.
• Act as technical owner of line performance and stability.
• Ensure systems meet URS, design, and operational requirements.
• Drive strong shopfloor presence during critical startup phase.

2. Process Stabilization & Performance Management

• Drive line stabilization to achieve target OEE, yield, and output.
