CTO / Technical Lead – Centralized Crypto Exchange (CEX) Location: UAE

About the Role Our client is launching a regulated Centralized Exchange (CEX) in the UAE and require a hands‑on Technical Lead / CTO with deep exchange infrastructure expertise. 
You will own the exchange architecture end‑to‑end. 
Key Responsibilities Architect and build order book & matching engine 
Design settlement and custody systems 
Implement real‑time trading infrastructure (low latency, WebSockets) 
Integrate custody providers (Fireblocks, Copper, BitGo) 
Build market surveillance & anti‑manipulation tools 
Lead technical sections of exchange license applications 
Oversee trading pair listings & liquidity architecture
