Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Technical Manager / Bidding Manager to lead the Tender Department and manage the full tendering lifecycle for major construction and infrastructure projects in Qatar.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, extensive GCC construction tendering experience, and a proven track record in preparing successful technical and commercial bids for large-scale projects. This role requires strong coordination with estimation, engineering, procurement, planning, contracts, and executive management teams to ensure competitive and compliant submissions aligned with company objectives.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall tendering and bidding process from initiation to final submission.
- Lead bid preparation, technical submissions, commercial coordination, and tender documentation.
