Our client in the FMCG industry is looking for a Technical Manager (Abattoir).
Duties & Responsibilities
Key requirements:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science or related field.
- Significant leadership experience in FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
- Experience managing FSMS systems and ensuring audit compliance.
- Strategic thinking to develop and implement technical plans.
- Track record in setting and driving departmental KPIs.
