An exciting opportunity exists to join Macro's Managing Agent team, supporting a flagship corporate headquarters environment in Dubai. The Technical Services Manager will be responsible for leading all technical services, critical asset management, supplier governance, technical assurance, and operational resilience activities across a premium headquarters environment. Working within a governance‑led Managing Agent model, the role will coordinate and performance‑manage multiple technical service providers, OEMs, and specialist contractors to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable building operations. The successful candidate will act as the technical authority across the account, supporting critical systems, BMS integration, asset performance, compliance management, and continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring that technical services remain aligned to client expectations and business requirements.
