Technical Manager - Integrated Networks

Creative Technology provides specialist audio-visual equipment and services to live events within the corporate, sport, broadcast, and entertainment industries. CTs Integrated Networks department underpins that provision with a wide range of equipment and expertise including intercom, high bandwidth and standard networks, streaming and RF systems. The Technical Manager oversees the day to day running of the department and will need to gain an in-depth knowledge of all the systems and solutions provided.

You will be expected to line manage the technical and preparation staff and provide technical development and support to departmental staff as required. You will ensure that the team are allocated efficiently to both on-site and prep tasks. As part of a larger operation, making sure the department follows internal process is key whilst highlighting operational and equipment inefficiencies.
