- Ensure all departments work efficiently and according to operational standards.
- Develop and implement technical procedures and best practices.
Technical Department Management
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise fencing, electrical, solar, and security installation projects from initiation to completion.
- Manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and client requirements.
- Develop project schedules, work plans, and resource allocations.
- Conduct site inspections, technical assessments, and site surveys.
