Job Brief

Position Summary: The Technical Manager, TB will manage the day‑to‑day implementation of technical activities for an anticipated large‑scale, USG‑funded program addressing early diagnosis and treatment of TB. The manager will work with the DOH to strengthen capacity of healthcare providers to implement systematic TB screening and case‑finding and treatment referrals, and to enhance the capacity of health‑system stakeholders at all levels to analyse, interpret and apply TB surveillance data for program planning and decision‑making.

The Technical Manager, TB will provide technical inputs into project workplans and donor reporting, budgets, and project monitoring, evaluation and learning (MERL) in compliance with the requirements and regulations of the award.
