Technical Officer (Biomedical engineering)

The Role

Working location: Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital

To assist department Manager in performing planned preventive maintenance / inspection, commissioning, evaluation and repair maintenance on biomedical equipment.

Key Results Area
a. Execute planned preventive maintenance schedule within the stipulated time duration.
b. Comply with relevant national and international standards and performances established by the department.
c. Be involved in the Commissioning of newly acquired equipment by the facility
d. Assist in evaluation of new equipment intended to be purchased by the facility.
e. Perform on call duties and respond to emergency breakdown call in an efficient and timely manner.
f. Assist in other duties of the Department and be involved in any special project as assigned.
g. To maintain good working relationship with all other departments.
