Role overview

As a Technical Operations Centre Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network, cloud and infrastructure components within a multi‑site data centre environment. Your primary objective is to ensure the optimal performance, availability, and security of all systems and services housed in the data centre. This role demands a technical background, excellent problem‑solving skills, and the ability to identify, prioritise, and resolve issues while keeping relevant stakeholders informed.
