• Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and craft tailored solutions leveraging eServ’s offerings in finance, payroll, grants management, IT training, contact centre services, and more
• Provide in-depth technical presentations and demonstrations of platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, Tungsten Automation, and Alteryx.
