Overview

Position: API Enablement Lead. Location: Sant Cugat, Barcelona, Spain. Hybrid (2 – 3 days on site). Type: Permanent Full Time.

Responsibilities

• Shaping incoming business and program demands into clear, well-defined, delivery-ready work. Ensure requirements are properly scoped, structured, and understood before engineering execution.
• This role does not own product vision or roadmap decisions and does not perform solution design.
• Own intake and shaping of requirements from business and program stakeholders.
• Translate high-level business asks into well-defined Jira epics and features.
• Define scope, assumptions, acceptance criteria, and non-goals clearly.
• Ensure requirements are delivery-ready before entering engineering execution.
