Technical Program Manager - AI initiatives

Job Description

As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) within the AI Initiatives team, you will fill a unique, dual-faceted role that bridges the gap between hands-on AI engineering and high-level program management. Reporting directly to the VP of AI Initiatives, you will act as a force multiplier for our AI capabilities across the entire company.

This is not a traditional, spreadsheet-only PM role. You will be a practitioner who vibe codes and builds alongside teams, while simultaneously engineering the scaffolding, tools, and processes that provide visibility, structure, and monitoring across our entire AI portfolio.

The Dual Scope of the Role

1. The Forward Deployed Task Force (Embedded Builder)

You will embed directly with various internal product and business teams to help them scope, build, and deploy concrete AI use cases that tangible improve our services and products.
