Technical Program Manager, LLM data

Rakuten Asia Pte. Ltd., the Asia Regional headquarters of Rakuten Group Inc., is seeking an LLM Data Program Manager to partner with research, engineering, and data annotation teams to advance large language model capabilities.

• Data Lifecycle Management: Drive initiatives for data acquisition, cleaning, labeling, and augmentation to support training and evaluation of large language models.
• Human Feedback Operations (RLHF/SFT): Design and manage programs that transform human feedback into reliable signals for model evaluation and fine‑tuning.
• Technical Roadmap Collaboration: Work with engineering to improve data annotation tools, automate workflows, and enhance the data platform.
• Metric and Performance Tracking: Track key performance indicators related to data quality, quantity, and model performance to optimize production.
