Technical Project Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate short-cycle digital transformation initiatives supporting Turnaround (TA) and Shutdown execution environments. The role involves managing digital applications, integrations, cybersecurity, infrastructure readiness, and post-TA stabilization to ensure safe and disruption-free operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution for Turnaround and Shutdown events.
• Ensure all digital applications and infrastructure are operationally ready before execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, maintenance, IT, and vendors.
• Manage project planning, timelines, governance, risks, and delivery milestones.
• Drive Agile/SCRUM delivery methodologies and release management.
• Handle cutover, UAT, regression testing, and environment management.
