Technical Project Manager — Day-to-Day Delivery Owner

Job Description
The Engagement Manager owns the engagement as a whole from a delivery perspective. Scope, schedule, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and deliverable acceptance all run through this role. Kyle Dreas is the primary Charter partner, and the relationship between Engagement Manager and Kyle is the single most important relationship on the engagement.

Provides delivery governance, coordination, and cadence, ensuring the program stays aligned to Charter stakeholders and timelines.

This role is also the gatekeeper that protects the engagement from scope creep and protects IG resources from being pulled into implementation work that is outside the scope of this design-only engagement.

Primary Responsibilities

Own the engagement plan, schedule, milestones, and risk register from kickoff through close.

Maintain the day-to-day partnership with Kyle Dreas; primary IG point of contact for all delivery questions.
