Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring execution for ProCreator, with a strong focus on creative and technical roles across UI/UX Design, Graphics/Visual design, Product Design, and Frontend/Backend development. This role is ideal for someone who can independently drive recruitment from role intake through offer closure and pre-joining engagement, while partnering closely with hiring managers, HR, and leadership. The recruiter will be responsible not just for execution, but also for improving hiring workflows, maintaining strong candidate experience, and contributing to more efficient, insight-led recruitment operations.
