Technical Regulatory and Spectrum, Senior Manager, Global Regulatory

**Description:** Global Regulatory Affairs & Public Policy (GRA&PP) develops and implements regulatory, licensing, and policy strategies for Lockheed Martin Corporation to enable and maintain key business programs and corporate initiatives.
As the Regulatory Engineering Senior Manager, primary responsibility will be to
• Represent the corporation on international and domestic spectrum regulatory matters, including on US delegations and advisory committees, and in trade associations,
• develop corporate positions and advocacy strategies on technical and spectrum regulatory matters, including as inputs into active federal and relevant foreign regulatory proceedings,
• provide technical / spectrum / orbital analysis and guidance in support of business pursuits and strategies
• provide critical analysis of and shape technical studies,
