Technical Sales Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for current market needs and development of the assigned territories
• Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new accounts.
• Must be able to perform baking demonstration and successfully convert targeted accounts.
• Process purchase orders and monitor until released to customers.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints, does troubleshooting and prepare necessary reports.
• Manage account receivables including collections and credit evaluations.
• Must be able to retain all current accounts in the handled area.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to new and current accounts by having constant visits and maintaining open communications for their needs and requirements.
• Prepare necessary reports (daily activity report, sales report, price survey, etc...
